All fees are subject to UK Vat at 17.5%

Conference Fees include programme and abstract book, 3 lunches, and 6 coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and all administration and handling.
Non-members will be offered one-year membership, inclusive subscription to the journal, Nueromuscular Disorders, for the next calendar year (2009).
Accompanying Person's fee includes the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation:
Cancellations on or before 31st July will receive a full refund less an admin fee of £25 for conference fees, accompanying person's fee, accommodation and any tours booked.
Cancellations after 31st July and before 31st August we can offer a 50% refund only.
Cancellations after 31st August we regret we are unable to offer any refunds.
Substitute delegates are welcome at any stage, please inform us of all changes as soon as possible
Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed and you will be given a booking reference. Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours, if you do not receive a confirmation please contact the Congress office directly. You can check your booking at any time, by quoting your reference number.
